Distinguished Club Program

The Distinguished Club Program (DCP) helps every Toastmasters club focus on what matters most: member achievement, club growth, officer training, and strong club administration. Toastmasters International describes the DCP as an annual program running from July 1 to June 30, with 10 goals in education, membership, training, and administration.
WHY IT MATTERS

A strong DCP club usually means:

  • Members are completing speeches and Pathways levels.
  • Guests are becoming members.
  • Officers are trained and confident.
  • The club is organized and planning ahead.
  • Members feel supported and engaged.
